We are lucky enough to have 3 pubs in Flamstead.  The Three Blackbirds is in the heart of the village in… (awaiting further info from the new landlady)
The Rose and Crown in Trowley Bottom is a traditional  pub with a very welcome cosy fire on cooler days.  It has recently had an extension so there is a new kitchen and toilet facilities.  The pretty garden is a pleasure to sit in and enjoy the rural views.  It is a regular meeting place for the Classic car enthusiast and the Bell Ringers too.  Fundraising events such as the fascinating tractor ride around the local village pubs was organised from here.  Check out their notice board in the pub for pop up events too.

The Spotted Dog is centred in the middle of the main High Street. It has a cosy atmosphere and a log fire for colder days. It is open from 10am to Midnight Monday to Saturday and 11am – 11pm on Sundays. Food is served on Tuesday – Saturday from 12pm – 8pm and the popular roast dinners served from 12pm -5pm on Sundays (Bookings Recommended). The pub has a great menu with plenty for everyone including various specials, sharing platters and homemade ice creams.

The pub runs a monthly Quiz and Musical Bingo along with various other events and charity fundraisers throughout the year.

Functions, Parties and celebrations can be held in exclusive areas of the pub and all types of food can be catered for. There is a sheltered courtyard and also benches outside.
