Clerk to the Council
Kelly joined the Council in 2025 and has proudly lived in Flamstead since 2000. With a background in Finance and Administration for local businesses, as well as working at the Rose and Crown Public House, Kelly brings valuable experience and a strong sense of community to her role as Clerk to the Council.
